Q. Is there any extra cost associated with using MSSQL database?
A. No, one MSSQL database is included with each account. The free database
size is worked on 1/10th of the disk space purchased, that is, the Mini50 plan
has a 5 Mb database, the Maxi100 has 10 Mb, etc.
Q. If I sign up for a certain plan and anything goes over the limit, are
there any charges?
A. Yes. For any disk space over your allotted plan space, you will be charged
$0.25 per MB, per month. You will be sent an email when your allotted disk space
is nearing, or has reached, its limit. Also each plan has a transfer limit. If
you go over that limit you will be charged at $0.20 per 10 MB.
Q. If I go over my allotted plan space, can I upgrade to the next plan.
A. If you are on a monthly plan you can upgrade your plan at
the end of the month, until then you will be charged $0.25 per MB (per month)
for any disk space over. At the end of the month you can then upgrade to the
next plan or continue to pay for the extra disk space you are using at $0.25 per
MB. If it is only monthly transfer that you are exceeding the limit on, you
can purchase extra bandwidth at $10.00 per GB per month.
However, if you are paying your plan yearly, and your plan's disk space has
reached its limit, you can purchase extra disk space at $0.25 per MB, per month.
You will not be able to upgrade your plan until your yearly plan is up for
renewal. Then you can upgrade to the larger plan of your choice or continue to
purchase your extra disk space at $0.25 per MB, per month.
We recommend, if you are not sure how much disk space you will need, to
pay your chosen plan monthly.
